A sub-frame for a vehicle is provided to enhance rigidity of the vehicle and combine an upper member with a lower member without using a jig to reduce the manufacturing cost. A sub-frame for a vehicle includes an assembly of a front member, a rear member and a pair of side members connected between the front member and the rear member. The front member, the rear member and the side members include an upper member(11,21,31), a lower member(13,23,33) which are combined to form a box-shaped closed section. The upper member and the lower member are combined with each other through an adhesive member(60).
