A disassemblable muffler for a commercial vehicle and a disassembling device of a muffler for a commercial vehicle are provided to promote convenience at work and to shorten working hours by performing the disassembly work of a muffler more easily. A disassemblable muffler comprises an inlet portion(10) provided with an inlet pipe(11) where exhaust gas flows inward from an exhaust manifold of an engine, a catalyst mounting portion(20) coupled to one side of the inlet portion to be separable and provided with an intermediate pipe and a catalytic device connected with the inlet pipe on the inside, and an outlet portion(30) coupled to one side of the catalyst mounting portion to be separable and provided with an outlet pipe(31) connected with the intermediate pipe to discharge exhaust gas in the air.
