A clamp device is provided to fix an object exactly by automatically moving a pressing part on a pressed position to press the object. A clamp device comprises a pressing part(5), a manipulation part(6), a transmitting member, a second facing part(4a), a pressure surface(9a). The pressing part presses an object. The manipulation part is manipulated by hand. The transmitting member adheres to a base member and transmits the movement of the manipulation part to move between a pressed position in which the object is pressed and a standby position. The second facing part faces a first facing part as to a direction meeting at right angle with a direction in which the first facing part positioned in the transmitting member moves. A penetrator is installed at the first facing part and one side of the second facing part and the pressure surface which is pressed with the penetrator is installed at the other side of the second facing part.
