A throttle valve for a vehicle is provided to control the opening degree of a throttle valve according to the operation of an accelerator pedal of a vehicle and to vary the rotation degree of a throttle valve according to the speed of a vehicle. In a throttle valve for a vehicle controlling the volume of air inhaled into an engine by varying the opening degree according to the operation degree of an accelerator pedal, a connection groove(110) formed in a throttle cam(100) and connected with a throttle valve(120) is formed in the curved shape and the curvature of the curve is formed to be varied continuously, and the connection groove is formed to have the smaller curvature from a low-speed control section toward a high-speed control section.
