A cyclone type oil separator is provided to prevent impeller fouling of the turbo charger and dieseling generation of the combustion chamber. A cyclone type oil separator comprises an upper member(2) including a blow-by gas inlet(8) and a blow-by gas outlet(12), a lower member in which the oil out(16) is formed in the bottom part and which is combined in the bottom side of the upper member, and an inner cone(6) in which the helix guiding channel is formed at the border inside portion of the lower material and upper into inside and outside.
