PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the nonuniform contact of a rotating shaft from occurring while reducing the friction occurring on the rotating shaft by the rotation.

SOLUTION: This member 71 for a bearing is a cylindrical member which is secured to a holding member 14 other than itself and which supports the rotating shaft 13 by the inner peripheral surface 71b thereof. The portion of the member 71 near an opening end 711 is lower in rigidity than the other portions. Specifically, a groove 71a extending along the extending direction (direction 91) of the rotating shaft 13 is formed in the portion of the member 71 near the opening end 711.
