METHOD FOR PRODUCING NOBLE METAL SUPPORTING POWDER, NOBLE METAL SUPPORTING POWDER, AND EXHAUST GAS CLEANING CATALYST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that noble metal particles embedded in conventional catalyst powder can not contribute effectively to exhaust gas cleaning.

SOLUTION: Noble metal supporting powder particles 3 and a binder 4 are mixed in liquid to prepare slurry. After the particles 3 are dispersed by vibrating the slurry, the slurry is sprayed and dried while the particles 3 are dispersed. By this way, in noble metal supporting powder 1, micro pores 2 through which exhaust gas circulates are formed properly, improving exhaust gas cleaning performance.
