<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for nonoperatively reducing the stomach volume, which is easily taken out. <P>SOLUTION: An intragastric space filler is a double balloon intragastric space filler device 19 for treating obesity in a patient by reducing the stomach volume, comprising a proximal part dilatable balloon 21A to be fixed to a distal end dilatable balloon 21B with the use of an elongate fluid flow-in member 23 which includes the first lumen 26A and the second lumen 26B. The first lumen 26A includes the first opening for the communication of the fluid (mutual transfer) with the proximal part balloon 21A.
