<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linearly moving device extremely superior in practical use capable of extremely reducing noise caused by a collision between the scooping part tip and a rolling element. <P>SOLUTION: This linearly moving device is composed of a shaft 1, an outer cylinder 2 put on the shaft 1, a rolling element holder 3 arranged between the outer cylinder 2 and itself, and the rolling element 4 held by the rolling element holder 3, and is provided with a load part 6 for moving the rolling element 4 by a rolling groove 5 of the rolling element holder 3, the outer cylinder 2 and the shaft 1, and communicates this load part 6 with a no-load part 8 via a return part 7. In the linearly moving device, the rolling element holder 3 is made of a copper alloy or stainless steel, and a scooping part 9 for scooping up and moving the rolling element 4 moving in the load part 6 to the return part 7 side, is respectively arranged in both end parts of the rolling groove 5 of this rolling element holder 3, and a scooping-up inclinationαof this scooping part 9 is set to 0-20°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
