PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that effective use of radio waves cannot be ensured as synchronization between radio sections cannot be established when radio base stations are different in type. SOLUTION: A TDMA method mobile communication system 100 has a plurality of radio base stations of different system types (a general type radio base station 1, an IP connection type radio base station 10 and a digital cordless main phone 2), cordless handsets 5A, 5B subjected to wireless connection to the plurality of radio base stations and a private branch exchange 4 subjected to wireline connection to a radio base station. When a radio base station is determined as synchronization mode, it receives a frame signal comprising a control CH signal from a radio base station (standard station) which is a standard, and establishes frame synchronization in a wireless section between a local station and a standard station by setting sending timing of a frame signal of the local station to a sending location of the control CH signal in the frame signal.
