PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter for reducing common-mode noise, the noise filter being capable of suppressing a decrease in reduction effect on normal-mode noise without depending upon a current. SOLUTION: The noise filter 1 as an embodiment of the invention includes an annular first magnetic material core portion 10 being composed of a first portion 11 and a second portion 12, a second magnetic material core portion 20 dividing an aperture portion formed by the first magnetic material core portion 10, a pair of signal lines 31 and 32 wound around the first portion 11 and second portion 12 respectively, and a control line 41 wound around the second magnetic material core portion 20, wherein the second magnetic core portion 20 has two through-holes 51 and 52 formed and has a center leg portion 61 sandwiched between the two through-holes 51 and 52 and a pair of common portions 80 and 90 extending between border portions of the first portion 11 and second portion 12, and the control line 41 is wound around the center portion 61.
