PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction both in pressure loss and appearance degradation due to an operation knob. SOLUTION: A retainer 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape and a downstream end of a wind passage 22 inside the retainer 20 is formed in a rectangular shape to be an outlet 24. A downstream fin 46 is formed by a plate-like body extending in a direction along a first side (right-and-left direction) of the outlet 24. The fin 46 is arranged near the outlet 24 and is possible to rotate around a shaft 47 as a fulcrum. An upstream fin 61 is formed by a plate-like body extending in a direction along a second side (a direction perpendicular to the drawing paper) of the outlet 24. The fin 61 is arranged upstream of the downstream fin 46 inside the retainer 20 and is possible to rotate around a shaft 62 as a fulcrum. The downstream fin 46 is made to be an operating portion to be operated by person(s) aboard and is attached to the retainer 20 so as to be movable in the direction along the first side. In addition, between both of the fins 46 and 61, a moving direction converting mechanism 80 is provided for converting a linear movement of the downstream fin 46 in the direction along the first side into a rotational movement of the upstream fin 61 around the shaft 62 as the fulcrum.
