PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily process a lens with corrective power to be framed into an eyeglass frame having a sharp curve provided with a protruding part on a lens rear surface side without requiring skill. SOLUTION: The eyeglass lens processing device is provided with an incision processing tool for cutting a V-shaped inclined surface or a V-shaped shoulder formed in a lens rear surface, a moving means for moving the processing tool or a lens chuck shaft, a means for inputting positional data of an incision part for a V-shaped part to form the incision part avoiding interference of a protruding part to the lens after the V-shape part is processed in order to insert the lens into the eyeglass frame having the sharp curve provided with the protruding part on the lens rear surface side, a calculation means for calculating control data of the moving means for forming the incision part based on the positional data of the incision part and V-shaped part trace data and a control means for processing the incision in the V-shaped inclined surface of the lens rear surface side or the V-shaped shoulder of the lens rear surface side by an incision processing tool by controlling a lens rotation means and the moving means according to control data.
