PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize winning device which can be made thinner without drops in durability by connecting a transmission mechanism and a prize winning door in linkage with a simple and new structure and a game machine using it. SOLUTION: Under the jackpot state, a solenoid 20 is excited to make a plunger 21 move to a retraction position against the energizing force of a compressed coil spring 23 thereby holding the prize winning door 10 at its opened position. When the plunger 21 of the solenoid 20 is displaced to the retraction position from its protruding position, the protruded part 42b of the second arm 42 bounces up the extended part 12b of a side wall part 12 from below, thereby shifting the prize winning door 10 to its opening position.
