PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good moving feeling while reducing a burden due to selection work of rolling members (balls or rollers) by providing an upper rail and a lower rail easy to be bent as well as maintaining the strength in a seat track sliding device. SOLUTION: The upper rail 5 is inserted into a guide groove 21 provided in the lower rail 6 and supported to be movable to the lower rail 6. A superposing rail part 31 comprising a plurality of superposing boards 31a, 31b superposed in the thickness direction of the upper rail 5 between both end parts 29a of the upper rail 5 on the both sides in the width direction Y of the upper rail 5 is extended to the longitudinal direction of the upper rail 5. A superposing rail part 31 comprising a plurality of superposing boards 31a, 31b superposed in the thickness direction of the lower rail 6 between both end parts 25a of the lower rail 6 on the both sides in the width direction Y is extended to the longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6.
