PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reworkable pressure-sensitive adhesive member which does not require evaporative removal of a volatile component having an environmental load in its preparation and furthermore excels in reworkability irrespective of the thickness of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. SOLUTION: This reworkable pressure-sensitive adhesive member is a member having a laminated structure of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a monomer absorption layer capable of absorbing at least one monomer component constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a particle unevenly distributed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing particles in the form of an uneven distribution in the interface opposite the monomer absorption layer or in the neighborhood of the interface. In the reworkable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the neighborhood of the interface opposite the monomer absorption layer is preferably a region within 50% of the entire thickness in the thickness direction from the interface opposite the monomer absorption layer.
