PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair which prevents chairs on both sides from becoming obstacles, and which is easy to sit on. SOLUTION: This chair 1 comprises a base 5 which is fixed to a floor, a leg post 4 which extends from the base 5, and a sitting section C which is installed on the leg post 4. The chair 1 is arranged in such a manner that the moving may be regulated to a desk 10 which is constituted in such a manner that a top board 13 is supported by a leg body 12 being fixed on the floor. The sitting section C of the chair 1 includes a seat section 2 and a back section 3. The seat section 2 of the sitting section C is non-turnably attached to the leg post 4.
