A precast fiber reinforced wire mesh slab is provided to form one structure by unitarily connecting a plurality of multi tee slabs and prevent topping concrete from being cracked by increasing resistance to vertical lateral force load and improve shear strength. A precast fiber reinforced wire mesh slab comprises: a rectangular panel(10); a plurality of support ribs which are vertically protruded along the longitudinal direction at the bottom surface of the panel; and a connecting member(20) consecutively arranging multi tee slabs(1) in a longitudinal direction of a PC beam installed at a PC column to be parallel. A vertical wall(14) vertically protruded to the bottom surface of the panel is formed in order to connect the support rib to the longitudinal both ends of the panel. One or more grooves(16) are arranged on the exterior of the vertical wall at constant intervals. The grooves are filled with topping concrete in case of pouring topping concrete on the top of the multi tee slab. The joint force of the topping concrete and the multi tee slab are increased.
