A system, an apparatus and a method for monitoring and analyzing a digital multimedia broadcast are provided to stream FIC(Fast Information Channel) broadcast channel information and all service data and set kinds and the number of players by analyzing the broadcast channel information. A DMB receiving device(100) receives one or more DMB signals having one or more bands. The DMB receiving device outputs FIC data included in each broadcast frequency and main service channel data. A main monitoring device(130) analyzes FIC data received from the DMB receiving device. The main monitoring device streams and reproduces services included in the main service channel data. The services correspond to a service kind and number included in a corresponding broadcast frequency. The main monitoring device performs state analysis about the services.
