A manufacturing apparatus of a door trim of a vehicle, a manufacturing method thereof, and the door trim manufactured thereby are provided to reduce manufacturing cost and manufacturing time by assembling single parts. A manufacturing apparatus of a door trim of a vehicle comprises the followings: a fixing mold(10) having a first and a second cavities(11,13), and a core passage(15) connecting one end of the first and the second cavities into one body; a moving mold(40) having a first and a second nozzles(20,30) injecting melted resins(21,31) having different colors; a core member(60) having a third nozzle(50) injecting third melted resin; and a controller(70) controlling operation of moving mold, the first, the second, the third nozzles, and the core member.
