摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure capable of suppressing the occurrence of harmful relative displacement in the axial direction which is to be associated with measurement error between a sensor 6a, 6b and an encoder 4a, regardless of the thermal expansion or thermal shrinkage of a synthetic resin sensor holder 7a. <P>SOLUTION: In the sensor holder 7a, a support part of the sensor 6a, 6b is annular shaped. A support ring 27 which is internally fixed into the inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical part 12a, which constitutes a metallic cover 5a which uses a large intermediate-fitting tool is embedded and fixed on the axial direction intermediate part of this annular shaped part. The axis direction position of a bending part 29 of this support ring 27 is set just at the center position of the axis direction position of detecting parts of the both the sensors 6a, 6b. According to such a constitution, thermal expansion or thermal contraction is not associated with the phase difference of the output signals of the both sensors 6a, 6b, and this solves the problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
