摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely find a correction value of a rotation center position of each of the spindles in a rotary head of a replaced component transfer device, in an electronic component mounting device having a component transfer device which includes a rotary head and fixed to a moveable table in a replaceable configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The movable table is moved so that in a plurality of spindles provided in a rotary head, a rotation center of a spindle, which is allocated to the installation point, is located at a coordinate position of the optical axis of a calibrated camera for component recognition. Under such a condition that each spindle is positioned at a first rotational angular position and a second rotational angular position different from the first rotational angular position, the tip of an adsorption nozzle attached to each spindle is imaged by means of the camera for component recognition. The correction value of the rotation center position of each spindle can efficiently and exactly be found based on a center position of the tip image of each adsorption nozzle at the first and the second rotational angular position allocated to the installation point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
