PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic unit for water treatment where active oxygen species can be stably generated, and water treatment capacity hardly deteriorates, and to provide an electrolytic water treatment device. SOLUTION: A platinum wire electrode 13 is wound by one round in such a manner that a diamond electrode 11 and a nafion film 12 are integrated, further, it is inserted into a through-hole 11a at the lower part, and winding is repeated. Thus, while the nafion film 12 is sandwiched between the diamond electrode 11 and the platinum wire electrode 13, an exposed face 12a exposed to the outside is formed therein.
