PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel-structured fluid-sealed type vibration isolation device providing an enhanced sealing performance in a portion where an opening of a second mounting member is covered with a lid, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: At least two internal protrusions 48 protruding toward an inner circumferential side are formed on a peripheral wall on a side of the other opening of the second mounting member 14. In an inner circumferential surface of the second mounting member 14, a seal rubber layer 24 is formed in a manner fixed to a fitting portion of the lid 34 containing a portion where the internal protrusions 48 are formed. Then, the second mounting member 14, in which the lid 34 is positioned on an inner side of an axial direction of the second mounting member 14 than the internal protrusions 48, is reduced in diameter. As a result, a lateral face 52 on an inner side of an axial direction of these protrusions 48 contacts with an outside end in an axial direction of the lid 34 via the seal rubber layer 24.
