PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of excellently providing the water tightness of the flow channel of cooling water. SOLUTION: For an upper case 4 and radiation fins 3 comprising the upper case 4 and the radiation fins 3 erected on the upper case 4 and a lower case 5 which is planar and has a flow channel part 52 recessed from a reference surface 51, the radiation fins 3 out of the flow channel are cut off and the upper case 4 and the reference surface 51 of the lower case 5 are bonded so as to dispose the remaining radiation fins 3 inside the flow channel 21.
