<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image forming apparatus capable of maintaining good toner performance by securing toner replacement performance without giving excessive stress to the toner, thereby capable of stably forming images in the whole image area over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A toner container 30 includes a paddle 28 for always replenishing the toner T to a toner supply roller 24, and simultaneously, stirring the toner T. A flexible blade 29 is attached to the tip end of the paddle 28. A partitioning wall 32 is disposed between a developing chamber 27 and the toner container 30, and a plurality of openings 34 are formed in the partitioning wall 32. Regarding the openings 34 located at both end parts among the plurality of openings 34 formed in the partitioning wall 32, protrusions 36 are disposed at both upper sides of each opening 34, and regarding the opening 34 located at the center part, protrusions 36 are disposed at both lower sides of the opening 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
