PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodynamic loudspeaker which reduces increase in cost and in weight by preventing iron powder from entering a magnetic void of a magnetic circuit to produce noise when performing caulk job to link a plate and a frame. SOLUTION: The electrodynamic loudspeaker includes a flange expanded to an outer circumferential side rather than a rear-side outer diameter of a magnetic circuit and a linking dowel formed to be protruded from the flange to a rear face side, namely, to a rear side of the magnetic circuit. The electrodynamic loudspeaker also includes a plate specifying an outer circumferential side of the magnetic void of the magnetic circuit and a frame including a dowel hole, through which the linking dowel is inserted, of the plate on its planar portion. A rear side of the flange of the plate and a front side of the planar portion of the frame are bonded, and a distal end of the linking dowel is destroyed by pressure, thereby linking the plate and the frame.
