PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film antenna excellent in bending resistance, cold resistance, flexibility and thermal shock resistance and capable of adhering thermally to various resins. SOLUTION: The film antenna has a conductive circuit formed of metal on at least one side of a film consisting of denatured polyolefin produced by grafting unsaturated carboxylic acid.
