PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of easily changing the resistance value of an external resistance in a semiconductor integrated circuit with the external resistance. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes an external resistance, wherein input-output impedance of the semiconductor integrated circuit is adjusted on the basis of the resistance value of the external resistance, and the external resistance is configured such that a desired resistance value is selected from among a plurality of resistance values as its resistance value.
