PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic-equipment cooling device capable of efficiently cooling electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The device includes a cabinet 10 housing the electronic equipment 2, a door 20 closing the opening section 12 of the cabinet 10, a shelf board 16 placing the electronic equipment 2 and an evaporator 36 for a refrigerant fitted on the inner wall section of the shelf board 16 and/or the cabinet 10. The device further has a helium filling means 40 capable of filling the inside of the cabinet 10 with helium. Helium filled into the cabinet 20 is churned, and a heat generated by the electronic equipment 2 is cooled by the evaporator 36. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
