PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference detection device of a machine tool for determining the interference in a shorter processing time in order to predict an occurrence of the interference before the occurrence of the interference of an actual machine tool. SOLUTION: The interference detection device comprises: an interference map including a plurality of map points are set in a predetermined space in which the moving body moves, the interference information is set for showing whether the moving body interferes with a peripheral fixed body when the reference point of the moving body is aligned with each map point, and a plurality of map points are set for each moving body; a moving information storage part 48B storing moving information including at least one of moving direction information for moving the associated moving body, moving position information, or moving amount information; a moving body position predicting part 46C for predicting a destination position as a destination of the moving-body-reference-point on the basis of a moving state signal and the moving information; and an interference map determination part 46D for determining whether the moving body interferes with the fixed body at the destination on the basis of the predicted move destination position and the interference map.
