PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle dispersion liquid, capable of suppressing change in charging characteristics of dispersed particles, and a display medium and a display device using the same. SOLUTION: The particle dispersion liquid includes a first solvent for dispersing a particle group moving in response to an electric field, which contains at least one of silicone oil and a paraffin-based hydrocarbon solvent; and a carboxyl-modified silicone oil.
