PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable scroll compressor capable of inhibiting refrigerant dissolving in lubricating oil from foaming while preventing uneven distribution of a lubrication oil and a liquid refrigerant. SOLUTION: This scroll compressor 100 is provided with a compression mechanism part 30, a motor part 40, a hermetic vessel 1 storing the compression mechanism part 30 and the motor part 40, a rotary shaft 7 transmitting drive force of the motor part 40 to the compression mechanism part 30, and a lubricating oil 15 stored at a bottom part of the hermetic vessel 1. An oil agitating means 12 agitating the lubricating oil 15 stored at the bottom part of the hermetic vessel 1 is provided at a lower end part of the rotary shaft 7. An oil heating means 13 transmitting heat generated in the hermetic vessel 1 to the lubricating oil 15 and heating the lubricating oil is also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
