A synthetic resin reinforced cover with a heat insulator rising blocking piece of a water meter protection case is provided to prevent bulging of heat insulator in the water meter protection case due to the infiltration of water and to allow the user to open the cover in a standing position. A synthetic resin reinforced cover(5) of a water meter protection case comprises insertion guide protrusions formed on both sides of an inspection hole, blocking pieces(6,6') in which assembly projections(7,7',7") are formed, a joint groove formed on the bottom surface of the blocking piece, an elastic piece(13) in which a stopper is formed on one side and a slot(8) is formed on the other, and an inspection lid(33) mounted on the inspection hole. In the inspection lid, ring guide holes(36,36') are formed on both sides of the handle. |
