An airtight hopper is provided, which prevents the moisture of the sludge from leaking outside and lengthens the life time by improving intensity of the airtight part. An airtight hopper comprises: an outlet formed in the lower part of the reservoir having an input hole; a rotation gate(130) which is combined with both sides of the outlet; a cylinder which is hinge-combined with each outside of a reservoir; an airtight part combined with both sides in which the rotation gate comes in contact; and a reinforced plate(220) which is inserted into the space part and in which the penetration hole(221) is formed.
