A door frame of a vehicle is provided to use a black tape instead of an injection cover to reduce the manufacturing cost and block water from infiltrating into the door frame to prevent the door frame from corrosion. A door frame of a vehicle includes a black tape(12) and a weather strip(14). The front end of an inner door frame(10a) is bent outward to surround the front end of an outer door frame(10b) such that the inner door frame and the outer door frame are combined with each other. The black tape is attached to the inner door frame. A garnish is attached to the outer side of the outer door frame and the weather strip is inserted into a gap between the front end of the garnish and the bent front end of the inner door frame.
