A method for preventing a vehicle evaporator from icing is provided to prevent ice from being generated in the evaporator in advance by rapidly sensing the cooling of the evaporator through pressure difference between intake pressure and exhaust pressure. A pressure measurement unit is arranged at the front side or the rear side of an evaporator(S1). The intake pressure and the exhaust pressure of the air are measured through the pressure measurement unit(S2). In case the difference between the exhaust pressure and the intake pressure is over specific value, the operation of a compressor or a blower is controlled in order to prevent the evaporator form icing(S3). In the step for controlling the operation of the compressor or the blower, the pressure of an iced part is increased by increasing the input voltage of the blower.
