A device for clamping a wall-mounted TV set is provided to adjust the up/down/left/right angles of the installed TV. A device for clamping a wall-mounted TV set comprises a supporting plate(20), the first adjusting plate(30), the second adjusting plate(40) and a pair of left and right mounting frames(60). The supporting plate includes a plurality of coupling holes(22). The first adjusting plate is combined with the supporting plate. The second adjusting plate is combined with the first adjusting plate. The mounting frames are combined with the second adjusting plate so as to be slid in the horizontal direction and have the upper and lower ends in which a plurality of installation holes(65) are formed.
