<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approach the temp. at the transcription to the temp. in service afterward of the apparatus including a color filter when a color filter layer is to be transcribed from the side with glass board to the plastic film side. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 40 to serve transcription is formed from a bonding agent of photo-hardening type, and at transcription, a hardening process including photo-irradiation is performed. The hardening with photo- irradiation involves lesser temp. rise than any other hardening process such as thermo-hardening. Dimensional changes before and after transcription of color patterns 30Y, 30M, and 30C are suppressed by suppressing the temp. change of the adhesive layer 40 in association with the hardening process within the specified extent. The suppression of temp. rise is accomplished by suppressing heat generation in the optical system for irradiation with ultraviolet rays or cooling the side with adhesive layer 40.</p> |
