HEAT EXCHANGER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAT EXCHANGER

A heat exchanger and a method of manufacturing the heat exchanger are provided to form an interval maintaining part at the center of a tube along the longitudinal direction of the tube to support the top and bottom faces of the tube so as to improve shape property. A heat exchanger includes a plurality of duct type tubes(10) and a cooling pin(20). The duct type tubes are laminated at a predetermined interval. The cooling pin is arranged in a space between tubes. The cooling pin guides a fluid such that the fluid exchanges heat with another fluid moved through the tubes. The shape of the tubes is maintained by an interval maintaining part(16). The interval maintaining part is extended from one side(12) of each tube toward the other side(14) of each tube and combines into contact with the other side.
