An optical switch module is provided, in which the configuration is not complicated and which is suitable for miniaturization by performing output to a plurality of optical cables. An optical switch module comprises the electrode plate, the electrode rim(340), the base panel(100), the first electrode part(120), and the second electrode part(140). To the electrode plate, a mirror is adhered. In the electrode rim, the specified voltage is applied. The base panel is equipped in the both sides of the fixing unit(160). The fixing unit is connected and installed in the elastic conductor so that the electrode rim can be circulated. To the first electrode part and the second electrode part, voltage is selectively applied.
