A heat shrinkable laminated film, and a heat shrinkable label and a product using the laminated film are provided to improve the resistance against a polar solvent, the aging stability after printing process and the impact strength in the main shrinkage direction and perpendicular direction. A heat shrinkable laminated film has a two-layer structure comprising a surface layer and a middle layer, wherein the surface layer comprises a dicarboxylic acid moiety and a diol moiety containing polyester-based resin composition, and the middle layer comprises a cycloolefin-based resin composition.
