A clutch pedal structure is provided to enable a driver to adjust the constant angle of a clutch regardless of parking places, thereby improving ride comfort and convenience. A clutch pedal structure comprises: a clutch-sided push rod(3) connected to a clutch pedal(1); and a link unit(10) formed with a cylinder-sided push rod(7) connected to a piston(5a) of a clutch mast cylinder(5). The link unit consists of: a first link(11) whose lower part is connected to the clutch-sided push rod and upper part is combined with a hinge(16); a second link(13) whose upper part is connected to an upper hinge; and a third link(15) whose upper part is linked to the lower part of the clutch-sided push rod and lower part is contacted to the one side of the second link.
