A fender mounting bracket is provided to compensate vertical tolerance by changing the mounting position vertically. A fender mounting bracket(100) is composed of a mounting bracket(10) having a bent portion(13) forming a mounting space about a fender apron(11), a hollow pipe(20) which is mounted to contact with the bent portion and the fender apron of the mounting bracket, a lifting member(30) ascending/descending along the longitudinal direction of the hollow pipe, and a bolt member(40) which is selectively combined in the lifting member to mount a fender(15). The lifting member is composed of a rotating gear(31) and a lifting nut.
