A front guard bar fixing device of a truck is provided to stably load cargo by stably fixing and supporting cargo to a truck by appropriately corresponding to the amount of the loading position of cargo. A front guard bar fixing device of a truck is composed of a base bracket(3) which is rotatably installed in the state lying down to the longitudinal direction of a front guard bar(1), a control bracket(5) slidably and longitudinally combined to the base bracket, a length fixing unit which is equipped in order to fix the location in which the control bracket is slid about the base bracket, and a position fixing unit which is equipped in order to fix the location in which the base bracket is slid about the front guard bar. The position fixing unit is composed of a position fixing hole(21) which is formed in the upper surface of the front guide bar, a location fixing slider having a position fixing projection inserted into the location fixing hole, and a position fixing spring which is installed between the position fixing slider and the base bracket.
