摘要

A DC converter cold start control method of a hybrid electric vehicle is provided to improve cold start performance by applying available power of a main battery to a sub battery in cold start and increasing electrical field electric power supply. A DC converter cold start control method of a hybrid electric vehicle comprises: a step for supplying available power(WLmt) of a main battery to a sub battery and starting an engine by turning on a starter; and a step for turning on an DC converter by comparing the available power of the main battery and the maximum power(Pmax LDC) of the DC converter in case the available power of the main battery is greater than the maximum power of the DC converter.
