An emergency call connection method of portable terminal transmitting audio signal in a preset contact point is provided to perform a secured emergency call sending function and transmit the audio signal to a predetermined call number by performing a secured emergency call sending function. If a registered secured emergency phone number is inputted(411), a display function is switched off with a portable terminal. The portable terminal forms a phone number of a registered contact point(413). The portable terminal transmits the audio signal received through a microphone through a formed call path(415). If the registered secured emergency call cancellation number is inputted, the portable terminal terminates the security emergency conversation service.
