CHARGING PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD BY USING VOIP REGISTRATION INFORMATION

A charging processing apparatus and a method thereof for charging through national information of an internet phone registration area are provided to perform a charging function about a substantial calling section between sending/receiving terminals by performing the charge process. A national IP information DB(23) stores regional IP address range information. A registration IP extractor(21) delivers the registration area information of the IP address to the call processing device. A national information processor(22) transmits registration area information of the extracted IP address. A charging processor produces charging record according to the registration area.
