A punching device of a flexible printing circuit board is provided to minimize a slip phenomenon of the flexible printing circuit board by forming one or a plurality of air discharge hole with a punching upper mold. A punching device of a flexible printing circuit board comprises the followings: a punching upper mold(111) using pressure of a pressure punching part to mold the flexible printing circuit board; an upper mold part(110) forming an air discharge hole to discharge pressurized air; a punching a lower mold(121) having an upper molding part; and a lower mold part(120) forming a chip discharging hole(123) in which a chip is discharged. |
