A foreign language conversation device and a method thereof by utilizing a telephone capable of systematically performing conversation practice through a communication unit without the exposure are provided to induce conversation practice by connecting a suitable person appropriated for the taste of the individual. A voice processing unit(100) controls the speech signal delivered through the telephone network(500) according to the conversation of training object. The voice processing unit is made of a network connector, a voice processor and a conversation processor. A database server(200) is made of member information, preference information, call information, conversation information, rejection list information and connector information of the users. A web server unit(300) manages and records conversation practice. |
